Today i went in to find my seminars cancelled, i should have read my emails. so i decided to sort out my sound studio passport. This enables me to book out the recording studio in my own time to practice and record music :)
I returned home to a nice warm flat, and began the second chapter of my new direction book by Michael Rabiger. It seems very arty, but i am going to keep an open mind about it. It is quite interesting. I especially like a quote he gave by Heraclitus "A mans character is his fate". I am currently reading about identifying themes as a director.

you were right about the sound thing. good call. i went to it, was pretty interesting. where did you get that book you've been reading from? is it worth buying it?

the book does get less 'arty' i promise you. i think the arty bit is really really important as it is designed to help you work out what you have to say, and how that can add to work already out there.
its gets very practical very quick. so persevere
